Ample proof out there that these jabs have terrible results on some folks and since the govt big pharma a no risk deal.
the only recourse a person is going to have if they have a bad reaction or a life long disability from the shot is the employer who made them take it.

There are countless things these private companies can't do.

Would have to read through said companies paper work when hired. I’m sure somewhere in fine print explains employer has the right to change policies. Could be wrong, but I’d bet legal team did it’s due diligence prior to mandating vaccine.

Companies can and should be able to change policies as they see fit. This idea that the rules you were hired under have to stay the same is not law, at least in Texas. I’d be curious to see some citations of the well-established case law that is claimed to substantiate this.
We don’t require vaccination because we don’t think it’s the right thing to do. We also aren’t on the government tit.

The company I work for has a partnership with Carhartt and I’m sad to see this is the stance they took.
I was worried that my company would have a similar policy because rumors where running wild that we would be forced to do so or test weekly.
After 20 years with what is now a 7 billion dollar company I thought I was going to have to make a decision to leave a 200k plus job without a college degree over this stupid mandate.
Thank God they decided to only charge me $10 a week for being non vaxxed[emoji23].
You bet your *** I’m still thinking of leaving over that $10 a week surcharge.
