Yeah, he started out low energy and slow, and then an hour and a half later it was even more boring so I finally turned it off while he was still going. It was the opposite of the fist in the air shouting, "FIGHT!". It is good that he was trying to tone it down, but he should have wrapped it up after about 30 minutes. And he could have talked more about hopeful path forward stuff. He did some of that, but it was a really flat speech. Missed opportunity. Not that it will have any effect one way or the other on the election or anything. It was just boring.

It amazes me how the same people who have for years want to tell President Trump how to campaign are still saying what he's doing wrong. The one thing that worries me is over confidence. All the EXPERTS are basically saying the Democrats have no chance of winning, it is the same thing they said about Trump in 2016, he had no path to victory, until election night.

Christians need to be very careful in how they represent their faith in conjunction with politics.

Christians should have faith in Jesus, not politics. We still get to have political views and choices though.

Are you saying Trump turning his head couldn’t have been chance or luck? Or that the bringing of Europeans to North America to colonize the USA (and Canada) couldn’t simply have been the natural course of human evolution? Because, I’ll tell you, if I had been one of the Native Indians who watched my entire way of life become blighted, I’d actually feel abandoned by God.

If, as we’ve been taught, God has a plan, and if we aren’t privy to it, how can we make any kind of assertion at all about the hand he had in the events that unfolded at the rally in Pennsylvania? I don’t know if God had a hand in sparing President Trump’s life, but I was grateful to Him, nonetheless.
