I’m confused… why are defining what TexMex is when you are at a Mediterranean restaurant

In any case, tzatziki is the great sauce on gyros.
Tzatziki does have cucumber in it but the base is yogurt. But it’s not yogurt like we think of here in the west, more like a thicker version of buttermilk.

Are there still any Pancho’s still in existence to “raise a flag” at?

            .
I think the app mistook it for the local Mediterranean Hip-Hop Texican restaurant.

Living in the RGV all we have is TexMex and original Mexican food. It’s hard to tell the difference sometimes…

Clue number one that you are in a Tex/Mex restaurant is that the food is hidden under yellow cheese and or sour cream.

So I Apple Map (verb) the closest Mexican food restaurant, I walk in only two minutes after it opens, and I am THE ONLY ONE HERE, and this is only my first clue. The music blaring from the speakers is some sort of rap-infused theme song from Raiders of the Lost Ark and their salsa is called “tzatziki.

Oh, well. In for a penny, in for a pound.

Most of the claimed big difference is a fallacy.

Taco Bell and Chipotle are a big difference.
