Did you have your name on the back of your belt?

Like members of a bowhunting website that don’t bowhunt or don’t kill stuff with a bow?

                This thread cracks me up.

And it is not aimed at you mam!

I have always owned cowboy hats. Saying that, I spend more time cowboying and ranching now than in long time and I wear my cowboy hats less than ever. Too **** hot imho as ball cap works better for me personally most days.

IMO. The Texas phrase all hat and no cattle is more about someone that acts bigger, better and or more than they really are. It's about bosting or braging and not being able to back it up. Mouth righting checks that the rump can't cash kinda guy.

The exact opposite of the humble Texas cattleman.

I find it funny that cowboy hats are in style now, mainly due to the show Yellowstone. Same thing happened years ago with urban cowboy. Prices for a hst are getting so exspensive a real cowboy cant afford one. I was a working cowboy and wore a hat daily, never bothered me when city folk wore them. I can always spot a real cowboy by his hat.

How the hats worn makes more difference than IF the hats worn.
