2022 Workout accountability...

    I slept in again.... However I had to be a model for a jogging photo shoot

    Ended up running about 1.5 miles due to all the various shots lol

          2022 Workout accountability...

          Took the month of September off as I was chasing elk in beginning and being lazy after returning home. Started back at it Monday. I’ve got a DB bench goal in mind for the end of the year. I’ve just have to see if my shoulder will be willing. If not, I’ll just keep on keeping on. I’m not going to do anything that will require another shoulder surgery. I got a cortisone shot in it in July. That seems to have helped but it’s still not 100%.

              It was a late night last night for national night out. My VFD made chili dogs and fries for the community and we got to show off our equipment for the kids. It was a good time.

              Chest and back done this morning. 5X5 supersets with 5X10 on abs.

              Incline bench press on smith/T-bar row/incline sit up
              Incline bench on smith one notch lower/cable row neutral grip/incline leg raise
              Flat bench on smith/overhead cable pulls
              Pec deck/bilateral DB lawnmowers

              Legs and triceps tomorrow

                This is going to have to be a quick 45-50min session due to work but walking in for shoulders!

                          Took off yesterday for blister healing, plan it to hit 10 miles or more but today.

                            I made it for legs and triceps this morning. All of my joints hurt, but I got it done anyway.

                              I do 4 workouts a week with a TRX type suspension system. I have done push and legs so far this week. Today is pull day. Tomorrow is abs/core. This is month 7 for me.

                              Anyone else use a suspension system?
