Lol. The meat shortage is legit but hopefully will be clearing up in a few weeks. I work for a large chain steakhouse and sirloin and ribeye have been an issue lately(not aged enough). We are lucky to have the purchasing power but a few buddies that run local restaurants are paying $2-4 a pound more right now.
