Dang I'd join you fellas but I went from 244 to 200ish last year. Feeling better at 50 then I have since...well forever.

Now on to fitness improvement for October. I know I'll never truly be in "elk" shape like a local would be but I'll be the best I can and therefore get more from the hunt.

Good luck to all you guys with a weight loss goal this year. For years I thought i just couldn't do it. Well, I'm living proof from couch potato to 44 pound weight loss and maintaining it since August. Only gained 3 pounds during the holidays and I allowed myself to live a little.

Sounds good. We are going to cut it off with you. We are at 50/51 including you. So get me your stuff when you can and then I’m cutting it off. We still have a few people who have yet to weigh in.
