I had good intentions, but something tore my stomach up overnight. It's a good thing I didn't go and try and push through it. It could have been messy!
A good day today. Stomach issues are gone (thankfully) so it was time for a chest and bicep day. A little walk on the treadmill followed by 3 warmup sets on flat bench and bicep curls then 3 working sets of 8-10 reps. Supersets.
After I finished yesterday's (should have been Tuesday's) workout, the wife and one of her friends brought a truckload of children's books to the house. Full bed, stacked above the sides of the bed, probably 20 something boxes about 30-40# each. I got a second workout hauling boxes in the house for them to "go through." Then just before midnight, I got to haul them back out to the truck.
11-11-11 challenge today. Got a day behind, so I combined what should have been yesterday's workout and today's.

I still hate burpees!

Really wasn't feeling it today and had to push myself more than normal.
Happy Monday! Made it in this morning despite sleeping through my alarm. Back and triceps supersets. Treadmill warmup and 3 warmup sets followed by 3 working sets. 3X8-10

Spiderman push-ups.
DB clean and press.
Pull-ups.
Tubing eccentric brake slammers.
Tubing face pulls with trap raises.
Tubing crossover trap/lat pulls.
