First day back in the gym after the conference last week and started moving into a new home this weekend. I forgot how exhausting moving is! We went to the sunrise service on Sunday and then went home and took a 3 hour nap! My body was so tired yesterday I couldn't get to the gym.
Back and legs today supersetting 3X8
T-bar row/seated calf raise
Plank row/Hack squat
V-bar pull down/prone leg curl
Bodyweight ring pullup/ walking lunges
Felt great after chest and triceps yesterday. Best mind to muscle connection in awhile. Great pump, all medium rep range stuff, few partials on last set to really pump the blood into the muscle. Shoulder feels like crap today. No problem yesterday. Hoping more inflammation that strain. Did only cardio today and will do legs tomorrow and probably skip direct shoulder work till next week if feeling better
Sorry I ain’t posted much here lately, some of y’all have stuck with it in a big way. Congratulations
DB pitcher lunge and reach SS DB crossover step-ups.
Split squat jumps SS box jumps.
Hip bucks SS DB 3 way RDL.
Ordered AX-2 last night. Got one more week of AX-1, I think. Pretty sure this makes the fourth round, time to move on. AX-2 looks pretty rough. I'm both excited and worried. Lol
I haven't been in the gym since last Tuesday, but that doesn't mean I haven't been getting any exercise. Just not the kind I wanted or like! I've been moving since Wednesday and combining two homes into one is tough work. I'm getting too old for this. Next move will be a moving company. My entire body is sore!
400 challenge in 10:47. Wasn't trying to beat a PR today, just wanted to get it done.
First week of AX-2 has a NT-400 challenge that looks intimidating.
Burpee push-up.
DB swings.
Inverted rows.
V-up Russian twist.
12 sets of 10 each.
This was the AX-1 final exam. I was scheduled to do this last Friday, but I put it off. To hell with a burpee!!
I'm thinking about doing some 100 rep single exercise pyramids to finish this week out. Then start AX-2 next week.
