Hard to believe bow season is just a few days away. I bet there are a lot of us that feel like a kid a few days before Christmas!

Here is a pic that might help build some excitement. I took it several years ago but ran it through lightroom to see what I could make of it with modern software.

My first post to your tiny thread Casey. No I am not going to read all the posts before making my comment. {Might take a month}

My head is spinning. Today I helped my twin brother get into an assisted living center. My Dad is also in one on the other side of town. Every male in my immediate family has a cath and likes it. I am 59 and can throw 6K lbs of protein on a good morning. Both of them have made real bad choices in life. One drinks too much and the other is sure God will heal him.
Been a really bad day ya'll.............

i need to apologize to my wife more, not being on a lease and missing the opener of bow season the past few years have made me quite the Grumpy Old Man extraordinaire

today we shot pistols at the range, seemed to help or the Hoppe's #9 is but it turned out to be a good day!

All can't say we didn't try but it looks like the fat lady is going to be singing the blues on us this alligator season.

We've had bait stealers all month and guy hunting my relatives land next door has caught a 9'6" and 6' so far. He had a at least 9-10' one on the line this morning but after shooting twice lost him. I took my Jon boat over to help poke around and find him. We bumped him and away he went acting pretty frisky for a twice shot gator IMO but we shall see. Cross a finger and say a little prayer he jumps on my hook tonite!
