Just got back from San Antonio,I got first place in the horseshoe tourney there

I was dissapointed not to see a single Prater at Bownanza.

Me too. I found myself running after folks, at distance, that looked like them only to realize....it ain't them I now know how it feels to be a dog waiting on the front porch....watching the cars drive by on the highway.

Toms all bloomed out with hens running round and round squawking. It's a sight to see.

It indeed is a sight to see and I spent a lot of time last week just soaking that scene in just east of ya!!!!

Got the truck State Inspected and then pulled the old Z/28 out of storage and parked the truck in storage. Rolled from Kervilla to San Antonio just in time to fix a big dinner for the GF. Poor thing is up to her neck in CPA duties till April 15th. One hard working woman and I'm doing my part to spoil the hell out of her till she can break free again.

Another good day......got a new home for my turtle...he moved form a 10 gallon tank to 55 gallon tank.........I also built a table out of rough cedar for his new home......My turtle has gone from the size of a quarter to about 3-4 inches across since last September.......
