Installed 11 new colonies of bees this past weekend. Weve a total of 14 colonies now. 13 colonies in boxes and 1 wild colony 40ft up an ash tree. I keep finding dead wild bees at the boxed hives...wild buggers keep trying to steal honey from the boxed bees. This rain is decent to keep the new colonies to stay put. I ensured the queens were released from their cages on Tuesday and comb is being drawn out. All the ladies seem to be making themselves at home.

Nice bee farm Briar, lot's of good honey in your future.

I'm taking a vacation day tomorrow and heading to the lake for a few days of R&R. Hope the water is calm and the cats are biting.

Sipping on a cup of joe with my wife at the lake. Took about 20 minutes to get set up. Enjoying the breeze and the quiet.

There are a couple of solid TBHers that could sure use a truck load of prayers, and all the good thoughts you cand send in the near future.

Checkin in! Havnt been apart of this group very long at all, but from the threads I have read, it seems like this is practically just one big family on here. Glad to be apart of this sight and see everyone's success stories!

Done Dale. My prayers are with them.

Coffee is good . My fav lake is flooding at the present. Won't be pig hunting tonight or this weekend. Got one in the basket this year, for one hunt, before the water started coming up . Guess that makes 100% for this spring . But do, and have been blessed, with plenty of projects around the house to work on . Hope all of yall have a great and safe weekend .

So it's 6am and I'm still at home. Working only 8 min from home and it's been the worse job I've ever rigged on.

Supervision has no clue and will do whatever the contractor wants the crane to do even if it's beyond the crane's chart. We're under manned and wearing thin. Just gotta grind the teeth a little flatter and hope my body can hold up and outlast these sum beaches...

Stay safe out there, can't believe folks still push them over the limits with all the regulators they have around these days.
But then again I deal with the same craziness in the trucking industry. I can't believe how many companies fail to check past employment on their driver prospects. I won't put my boss at the risk of losing his livelihood(and mine) over one bad driver.

at first i thought Tim was hooking up for info on the fitness plan (which i was in turn going to hit him up for the info, Micheal and Casey slimmed up over the last year

But after seeing the picture and the looks I received for taking a picture of this meeting....

                              hmmmm

Tmag - We were discussing the synthesis of two lightweight atom nuclei to create of one heavier. Casey responded that if you can fuse two deuterons that may form tritium nuclei and one proton or 3He and one neutron with the same probability. Michael added his 2cents worth, in that energy gained from fusion reaction of two deuteron nuclei is 6.627x10-15 J. One mol (equals 2 grams) of deuterons would release 1.995 GJ of energy. Instead of getting into a big argument we had just decided to agree to disagree when you snapped that pic.
