Been a hectic couple of months for the Houston Leggett tribe. Sold our house in town in October and bought a few acres south of Houston in Rosharon. We set up shop in a 1 bedroom apartment (lemme tell you it sucks) while we design, plan, and build our new home. Additionally, I leased 70 acres behind the house site and have finally started setting up for next season. We have a long road ahead but I'm projecting a July/August completion and vowing that I will never set foot into another apartment afterwards.

There was every kind of electronics for sale wholesale. These people will sell anything, I could not pass up a 1911 rail mounted light for $8 "sample price". Hong Kong is in the fog/rain in the distance.

Going back over some past Bownanza threads I came upon this exchange that was pretty funny to some.

Tmag - We were discussing the synthesis of two lightweight atom nuclei to create of one heavier. Casey responded that if you can fuse two deuterons that may form tritium nuclei and one proton or 3He and one neutron with the same probability. Michael added his 2cents worth, in that energy gained from fusion reaction of two deuteron nuclei is 6.627x10-15 J. One mol (equals 2 grams) of deuterons would release 1.995 GJ of energy. Instead of getting into a big argument we had just decided to agree to disagree when you snapped that pic.

Had lunch with one of the TBH legends today, we were planning a Coup but Grace prevailed.

I'm stuck in Ineos chocolate bayou at the moment with a wooooonderful contractor who thinks I'm their elevator bell boy who loves to climb up/down a 200' tower every five minutes.

In Hong King airport, having lunch and checking TBH. Life is strange. Too many weird pictures to post- but in the area of China I visited this is the traditional wedding gift to the bride from her mother and aunts. Pigs symbolize wealth, so it means may you have wealth and many children.

Nobody hunts there, nobody owns guns, and nobody has ever voted in an election. I can't wait to get home.
