I've lost 40# since March following the Pritikin diet. Basically a low-fat diet that my doc recommended to lower cholesterol. It was hard at first but it worked....lowered my cholesterol dramatically and I am down to my JR in high school weight.
You can do this! Adjusting your taste buds to healthy and away from junk will take a week or two. After that you will start feeling better and exercise will knock the weight off in a hurry. As soon as you start thinking that you are hungry drink a BIG glass of water. After the second week you can still 'treat' yourself, but just in moderation. Good luck!
