Another depressing chest and cardio this am. I've got 1 week left in this program and diet, then I'll run the numbers and see what was actually achieved/lost. My strength has just hit rock bottom. I haven't measured yet ( next week), but so far I'm not real positive that I did anything that went towards any of my prior achievements
In 8 weeks so far:
Lost 20 lbs
I'm guessing it's m in the 11-12% range judging from past 6 years of references ( will know next week)
Chest press down 50# first set....
0 increase in lifts from week 1... most decreased
Ego killer... but I track everything so maybe I can fix some of it in the next month
