Not this week, but OU at TCU on Oct.1 is scheduled for a 4pm kick? That should be nice and toasty for a blackout game, ugh

We're about to see far more youngsters on the field. Brandon Jones, etc. Also, if you can sift through the Chuckisims, he is taking over the defense.

Pokes come to Waco Saturday. Our defense has looked really good against mediocre talent. Time to find out how they match up to a more accomplished offense.

Our offense has really struggled to get going since the 1st game of the season. Going to need to fine tune the machine before conference play starts as you can't afford to be chasing Big 12 teams these days.

Ok State will get to see the Briles Offense two weeks in a roll, so that should help them vs Texas in two weeks.

They sure struggled to keep Pitt from moving the ball on Saturday. If it wasn't for the weather delay, I think they would have eventually lost.

The Bears should be able to take advantage of their weaker rushing defense to then open up the field and allow for the passing game to work.

Will be a good test for our defense and I think show whether or not we will have a chance the rest of the season.

Another big game this weekend for the Ags. I like the way this team is coming together. Chavis is doing a hell of a job on the defensive side and I see the offense getting better in all phases. A win against Arkansas wont be easy but we catch a little break the following week at South Carolina. We could build some real momentum before Tennessee comes to town in October.

Brandon Jones appears to be as advertised!

What's not to like about this kid?

Shane Buechele on the late interception - "I saw the safety. It was just a bad throw." #HookEm #Texas #Accountability

After the defensive performance we have seen this year, we should have to read between the **** lines or chuckshatems about this horrible D. He better get a hold on it, and it starts with him. Bedford should be gone a year ago or more. I told my dad and brother during the ND game we were F'ed if that was the D that we were going to run out there every week. And we are....

Looking forward to a physical game this weekend.

I never really pay attention to what the offensive line gets away with on holding, but sure seems the officials look the other way when it is on Myles Garrett. Maybe it is the maroon shades or he is always in the replays. A&M's defense would be a lot better if officials called holding on whoever is trying to block Myles.

Like Strong said to his coaches, "don't tell me what you told "him" to do", get "him" to do it. The biggest flaw thus far has been the defensive backfield being out of position and making the wrong read. Strong is not the position coach, but they're all on notice. They made adjustments in the second half and Davis was out for a while, but Holton Hill whom people like to brag about was awful among others. Also, Strong hasn't started calling the defense just yet and he lit up the secondary at half time. Also, the single high safety was a killer and that's on the player making the read. The DL isn't getting it done as Dale has alluded to as well. It's execution that is lacking.

The clock is ticking for the entire staff. They'll either get it right, or they'll be job hunting.

I prefer job hunting. Its been too long, and frankly if they are "now" on notice, Charlie can go too.

The Hogs will have to be hitting on all cylinders and hold on to the ball to beat the Aggies. They gave the game away last year. Should be a good game.

Middle of the razorback d will have to hold up. I think the D-line is really coming around and the O-line seems to be improving.

I'll be listening from deer camp. Bow opener up here next Saturday, so at least one good thing will happen!

I think they'll get it handled and I'm not an apologist, it's fixable. I had this team pegged at 7-5 for this season and still do.
