4500 acres near Dickens, Tx. No facilities. Could probably put a camper or something temporary. Lease is only from Jan. 1 - Feb. 26. Hasn't been bird hunted. Absolutely loaded with birds the past two years. Owner is looking to get $8 acre. Can probably be split up between 68 guys.....
