4500 acres near Dickens, Tx. No facilities. Could probably put a camper or something temporary. Lease is only from Jan. 1 - Feb. 26. Hasn't been bird hunted. Absolutely loaded with birds the past two years. Owner is looking to get $8 acre. Can probably be split up between 6-8 guys.....

When we hunted quail a lot, we would give $1 to $2 an acre for after deer season quail. and with all the extended deer seasons now that's a pretty short quail season. Wish I had some good dogs and good legs, I saw more quail this dove season than I have ever seen.Comment
