I have a Yeti 20oz(it was free) and I dropped it a while back. It now wobbles because the bottom corner has a dent, but no rattles yet. I also have a OT 30oz that I happy purchased for $9.97+tax. No rattles yet there either. Sorry to hear about the RTIC "Sorry, not sorry" situation. That really does suck.
