    I have never said you have a right to shoot a bystander. You have a right to carry a firearm. you are solely responsibly when you pull the trigger

    "no reason a citizen carrying a gun should not have to prove themselves at least safe with it" i disagree....2nd amemdment

      If your job is to step in and shoot someone if necessary, then you are dang right people expect you to be very proficient. Answer my question from earlier. Do you know any cops that miss?

            Eliminate license all together.
            You should be able to carry a gun under the bill of rights.
            I dont understand why we need a license to begin with.
            If you think people need legal education and firearms instruction prior to carrying a gun then why not require them to have a license to purchase a gun in the first place?
