Gonna be a fun one to watch! I am glad ND's national pull got them a Sunday game. I had too much going opening day!

The story line will be interesting. Is ND a championship caliber team? Is Texas still a mess? From a viewership perspective, both teams have a huge fan base; and almost as many haters that will also watch to root for them lose.

So yeah, I would say they will be the best matchup of the weekend. Not because of the football played but, because of the national interest.

Of course it will be. Two of the most storied programs of all time. #2 and #3 in all time wins. Huge fan bases. Two of the biggest brands in college sports.

Maybe they can show up this time but they never do against ND. It seems like they always play when ND is Good and Texas is bad. They didn't play from 98-2009. Mid 90's and now.

Or it could be a ND is overrated again and Texas is back statement game. Who knows? No one.

To answer the question directly, they are not IMO. Lost a lot. QB questions.

However, it's going to be a HUGE draw. Texas has everything to gain, ND has everything to lose at this point.

Could be a huge boost for Strong and the Horns if they can pull off the upset. Will be a fun game to watch and I'll be rooting for the Horns.

Zach Allen will transfer from TCU. Great kid! Wish him the best. Graduate transfer with 2 yrs of eligibility. Opens up another much needed scholly in a very small class this cycle.
