Lol. I totally misread that then. It's not like you to sunshine pump the negative..especially with you and your BFF Grimes so involved in Aggie baseball [emoji12].
I care about Aggie as it pertains to this thread and my Aggie buddies texting smack. I have to keep up on the news out of CS to keep y'all all grounded[emoji12][emoji23]. It's my duty to all Texans[emoji23]
I see what you did there.....you thought you could confuse me with all that educated lingo!!!!
Notre Dame in the B1G? Boise State in the Pac-12? This is what realignment and expansion should look like, even if it can't. Plus, an epic commitment and more of the best of the week in CFB.
Big 16
North
Air Force
BYU
Iowa State
Kansas
Kansas State
Oklahoma
Oklahoma State
Texas Tech
South
Baylor
Texas
TCU
SMU
Tulane
New Mexico
Houston
Rice
We start in the Big 12 because it has the most work to do, finding six schools to add, and those moves will alter what everyone else ultimately does. The Big 12 North heads for the Rockies to add BYU and Air Force. That brings two new states into the fold, adds the prestige of a service academy and a pair of good football schools with history between them (never bring up 1984 and BYU to a true Air Force fan).

SB Nation had an interesting take similar to this one. Add 14 schools and have a Big 12 I and Big 12 II. The top two teams finishing in the Big 12 II would move to I and the worst two each season from I would drop down to II.

A team and a B team? Do A team winners play the B team winners for all the marbles? I didn't read the article and Boren wants a CCG and a conference network.

From the article I posted, A and B would not play for the championship. You would have a North and South in both A and B. A teams would be the bigger schools with 2 teams added. B teams would have a chance to move up to A by finishing 1-2 in the B each season.
A teams would play two of the B teams each season in OOC.
There's no bigger news in Texas Sports right now, than what's happening in College Station......well, other than the monthly sexual assault numbers escalating in Waco.
Come on now. Didnt you hear? All the reporters got it wrong. The Aggy OC didnt want 5* tater, so they basically ran him off. It was atms idea all along. To force tater to decommit. He wasnt SEC teady. The WR coach and Sumlin apologized for nothing. It was Sumlins way to troll the media.
Dont act like yall didnt want Martell until he turned on yall. LOL
I can't speak for all Aggies, but I didn't. I mean it was cool to have a 5*, but his Twitter antics made him very undesirable. And I believe his game won't translate to the next level. A la Kryler Murray.
The Big 12 needs to go shopping in the Big 10 and ACC for teams to join the league.
Schools like Iowa and Virgina or Virginia Tech would benefit from a league change. It would give them access to Texas for recruiting purposes. I don't think it has to be any of the before mentioned but you get the idea!
If your not Ohio State or Florida State (or the like) you will always be an also-ran in the two conferences!
