The thing I find funny, is some people say certain ducks taste better than others. I've killed and eaten tons of ducks. And there is virtually no difference between any of them as far as taste goes. They eat the same things, they taste the same.

I find this odd because I've ate tons of ducks from a lot different places and to me they all taste a bit different depending on what they have been eating.
Late season ducks that have been on rice for a while are some of the best eating ducks. Also if you don't know how to prepare and cook a duck it's going to taste bad in most cases.

By the way, ducks should be cooked to rare to medium rare. Any more then that and your ruining it.
