are a bunch or corn eating dudes.

We've always had a few around here at our house in Katy but I started feeding them 3 days ago and they told the whole world.

Mescan whistlers. Weird animals. Will walk 300 yards before flying, perch in a tree like a buzzard and will clean out a feeder faster than a pack of coons

A friend of mine lives out in Remington Trails and did the same thing. Threw out some corn for a half a dozen ducks and 2 days later his entire pond / yard was covered up with them.

If it was my house Id been in like Flynn!

Their breasts are bigger than a mallard and eat just as good if not better. They decoy to speck rags very well and more often than not you can shoot a few out of a group only to have the flock decoy to the dead ones falling. I remember a group of us killing a flock of 12 in 2 volleys of shots.

I use to have them stay around my house. They make a cool whistle sound

Aren't they considered a "dusky" duck?

So what is a Mexican like duck? Similar to a Mottled duck?

Nevermind, did a little google research. Learned something new.
