Hes a prime candidate for the broad brush of the 13 rule. While I love the law and have seen an awesome increase in age of our deer heard sometimes we need a "freebie". I also think you have a valid argument if he falls under 13. Youve been watching/passing him due to his width which hasnt really gained much and it should have . Now his age has come into play

Even if he falls a little short you probably won't run into the GW anyway. That reminds me, remember the guy from a couples years ago that shot a Whooping Crane thinking it was a snow goose and called the GW on himself? Was that integrity or stupidity?? I still can't decide...

I personally think he makes it. His body and the way his rack goes up off of his head I think makes his rack look smaller. Would have to make that call in person, but I believe I would chance it.
