Looks like you hit below the spine and above the lungs. My good friend hit one a few years ago like this. A quick follow up shot anchored him. While cleaning him, we found the first shot, did no damage.

If he was in a ground blind looks like maybe an entrance. If he was elevated on the other side of the deer that looks like the exit.Comment

If that is entrance then I think you have to assume he was moving at the shot. Would not be suprised if exit is higher. I think if that is the case no vitals were hit. That could be pus dripping down. Ramcat should be a 3 blade hole and not a big two blade gash.Comment
