the guy in Fredricksburg is JJ Mcafee, he built my cabin 2 yrs ago.
mine is 1100 sq ft, but his smaller ones are really nice too.

Edit, I just noticed it is picture of the flag on your wall, not the little AC units Mcafee was talking about.

I know a builder out of Comfort that may be willing to travel to build your cabin. I'd think he could beat that price. Shoot me a PM if interested.

You set on a cabin? I looked at tons of different options recently for my new lease. I got a 16x60 single wide. For 30K delivered leveled tied and finished out. Since I don't own the property I decided to get something that could go with me if/when I no longer lease out place out.

I had a 12x20 built for 2200. I insulated, trimmed, wired, doubled the floor and built a 12x8 porch for around another 1500. Hope to add a covered parking area for my ranger July 4th.

I saved some due to a family friend who sold and retired from an electrical business. Free plugs, wire, pipe and panel. Porch tin roof was free and I cut cedar trees to hold it up.

Somewhere over in DIY section I think there's more pics. Although with some of these "cabins " I'm midly ashamed

We have a separate building that's got a full kitchen and bath. Therefore I've only got beds and a TV in mine

Go look at Sutherlands in Fredericksburg they have package deals. My parents bought a 30x50 house for $28k i think during black friday sale. The kits include everything but the slad and you can upgrade what ever you want.

That's cool. I like how you incorporated the trees in the front porch.

Yeah, we have always wanted a cabin. Plus, where we are putting it, I don't think a trailer would make it there in one piece lol.
