I had it extended 12' off to the side as well. That's where I park my tractor, 4wheeler, lawnmower, etc. It is very nice. Had one built over the camper too.

      Helps keep it cool!

You can see the camper and the cabin in this panoramic shot....

That looks nice but dang near $40 for a stick shell with no concrete, plumbing or electrical seems steep to me.

If my math is adding up right, @ 768 sq ft it comes out to be $36.80 a sq ft. It's going to run more than that whether you go with a slab or you just want it on blocks and they have to beef up a floor to support the cabin. Either way, not to shabby.

I discounted the SF some for the porch. Still seems high to me but it looks good and it isn't my money so......

Can I get this done cheaper?
You could buy a fixer upper in Harper for another 10K... My in-laws have sold two houses in Harper at a very discounted price...

I do too but they cost almost as much as a regular home. I priced one a couple of years ago and it ended up over $100,000.00

Now I see the light, I thought you were saying $40,000. My bad.

My buddy just bought and built one for $6500 plus slab. It was a 30x40. Plumbing and electrical roughed in. No indoor amenities yet, but I thought that was a pretty good price considering the size.
