I discounted the SF some for the porch. Still seems high to me but it looks good and it isn't my money so......

Can I get this done cheaper?

My buddy just bought and built one for $6500 plus slab. It was a 30x40. Plumbing and electrical roughed in. No indoor amenities yet, but I thought that was a pretty good price considering the size.
