Dang you would think the subject would be thankful that he was not "ten-ringed".

I tried to tell folks why the officers weren't doing anything. No support from the pencil pushers.

Why?....have you not heard....90% of people arrested are innocent.
Oh & no need for a trial, public opinion is all we need.

Until we say screw PC and let the media go crazy it will only get worse.

I saw nothing wrong in that video! If the dept has rules against the maneuver used to stop the car, then disciplinary action could be justified against the driver of the armored car. If the meth head ran into the butt end of a teargas launcher, well, too bad.

You mess with fire, you are bound to get burned!!!!!!

Yep....but when your choices are "do something" and get 5 days off without pay and do nothing and follow policy....

Fired for disobeying a department directive/policy....they won't get hired.

What PD would want that kind of burden with a lateral hire?

As soon as that guy "butt-stroked" him I said to my wife he's gonna wish he didn't do that! another cop grab him right away and walked him away. He had a tough time controlling his emotions and is paying the price.

I wouldn't want that guy knocking in my door looking for someone else and finding me by accident!

How times have changed. Some would say for the better I suppose. During my day I was involved in my share of pursuits and have to say that was the oddest one I have ever seen. (Since OJ) Policy directed I understand, but I don't understand the policy that let that go on as long as it did and turn into a circus. When it could have been stopped two hours earlier when most traffic from behind and front was blocked and perp was at slow speed.

I'm really glad those days are behind me. Tough job these days!
