Originally posted by Phillip Fields View PostReminds me of a few years back. I was on the Clinch river in Tennessee one Sunday morning fishing with my ultralight spinning gear. I caught a really nice brown trout. When I started home I stopped by the tackle shop to have it weighed. It weighed 7 lbs 5 oz. As I was leaving the shop an elderly gentleman stopped me and asked if I minded if he took his picture with my fish. He was from out of state and wanted to send the pictures to his kids back in Chicago. I handed him the fish and the ultralight rod out of the truck for him to hold also. He stood there with a great big grin while his wife snapped some pictures. He thanked me and said it was going to be a good joke on his kids. I knew who had caught the fish and enjoyed the pleasure he had in having his picture taken with that fish.
But like another TBH member above said..... let it go.
Congratulations on a HOSS of an axis!!!did you get a weight or measurements?

LDP etiquette question
Had a guide in corpus ask if his clients could take a picture with their four fish in their hands in front of our board of 20 trout and 6 reds my brother in law and I had taken that morning. Most shocking part was watching his clients willingly participate!Proud member since 1999
