Haven't shot one in over a year. I haven't even been hunting but have taken my kids on three youth hunts. My daughter scored at Richland but my son has yet to connect. He has another youth hunt later this month. I'm hoping to do some late season bowhunting in Arkansas after the first of the year.

Shot my first one at 13 yo and went from 2003-2009 without a deer. I know your pain.

7 years since I have killed a buck, but strictly my choice.
Saw a couple that tempted me this year, but I will keep shooting pigs till I see the buck I want

Well, let's see ... my first deer hunting outing was in November of 1980 ... got my first deer in November of 2012. By my count that's about 32 years ... though only 6 or 7 of those years did I actually buy a license and get out in the woods ... never over any bait until this year.

This year I've about tagged out and have seen deer (though not all shooters) on every trip. Now that I've got that out of my system I'll be a lot more selective next year.

Probably 3 or 4 years. It was by choice. Back in my meat hunting days I shot 2 or 3 a year. Passed a tasty little spike this morning. ..
