As much as me and my family are on those things, I dont want the good or better tire. I want the best tire. I know that things happen with the "best" tires too, but I rarely hear or read stories about TOYO, NITTO, BFG, MICHELIN, but I do hear and read too many stories about Cooper, Continential, Yokohama, Falken, Firestone.

A couple hundred $$$, to ensure safety and peace of mind, is worth it to me. Again, just my $.02. And my husband has never had problems with his BFG or TOYO's on his truck, Michelin's on his work car, or Bridgestone's on my Traverse.

    Hope you find the problem.

This, I won't run anything but Nitto or Micheline. They have the best tread wear and handle, I will be trying Toyo next time though. You definitely pay for them though, I can see why someone in a bad monetary position (not at all saying the OP is) would be forced to go with a cheaper tire though. Most big tire companies have warranty too.

I've had problem with Falkens. I don't run them any longer. If you had no vibration issues before you switched tires. Then it is the tires... balancing machines can't fix tires with belts that slip or move around when they are driven. Its not a Discount Tire issue... its a Falken issue. Take them back to Discount and they will switch you to a different brand for free. Just ask them. I wouldn't go any where else for tires. I've bought tires at Discount in three different states and they are all the same... They help and they work through issues. Just ask them and tell them what you have done so far. Best of luck Buddy... it sucks when we have issues like what you are dealing with.

Still vibrates. Of course they don't think it's the tires. They're taking them off and ordering another, different set of Yokohamas.

They say it's the wheels now and offered to order me a new set of wheels and if they fixed the problem they'd sell them to me at half price.

I saw a Tundra that I liked when Tina and I had lunch while they were putting the set on today. I think I'm going to see what they'll do on a trade in!

Make them put Michelins on or if they think they screwed up a wheel make them pay for the wheels.

Obviously it is not the tires. If they put on some Falkens and it wobbled, then put a new set of Falken's on and it wobbled, then put some Yokohamas on and it wobbled, something tells me it is not the tires. It may not be the alignment either, but a deeper problem.

Why is it so hard to see that it is more than likely, NOT THE TIRES, if numerous sets and different brands have been tried? Why do you keep trying to blame it on the tires? That is like saying my car wont start and buying a new battery. The car still wont start, so I buy a different brand battery. Car still wont start. Well, maybe, I should check the starter, the alternator, or something else.
