because they bent it when they installed the new tires by not torquing the bolts correctly.

You need to find a set of takeoffs(wheel and tire set) that fit your truck at the tire shop, or if you know someone with same truck, swap wheels and tires to see if that fixes the problem.

Ok just just seen it was an f150. 2007 and up are hub centric. If the wheels are aftermarket and they take the ring. If they where removed and not reinstalled the wheel will not center on the hub. No matter what you do. Pull the center cap and look for a black or green plastic ring. If there is a gap around the hub. There is your problem.

I had the same problem a few years ago with Goodyear tires, rebalanced several times, alignment didn't help changed to Michelin and drove like a dream.

That is wild. You'd think it would make the wheel lean without the ring, which should be noticeable.

Put the spare on the front, if it fixes the issue, that is the tire..if not, swap to the other side...

No. The rim sits flat on the hub. The ring reuse the center of the wheel to the hub. Click image for larger version

The lug nuts true the wheel to the hub on older trucks. Most new trucks the lugs don't. The center bore of the wheel does. The hub has a lip like this Click image for larger version

Got ya, no ring allows the wheel to move just enough for the shakes.

It's the Falkon tires. Myself and two friends had the same problem with them. Had DT change the tires to Coop AT3's and no problem The AT3 is a not very expensive tire but a very good one.
