I all way think if I'm or we as group are leasing. We or I should be able to charge a stranger to come and enjoy. With that said I feel I did a lot for the property.I all was treated It as if it were my on!!!!

I have a 26 year relationship with my land owner.
What i am suggesting is this. I ia ma a firefighter with a lot of extra time)
having about 6 weekends booked with preferably a family at $150-200 a weekend. only on weekends i could actually be there with them and monitor activities. Basically a guided weekend in the woods.

insurance would probably be a must and I'm sure would effect the weekend rate

Basically i'd like to help my land owner make a little extra money and help myself with the lease rate as well. There are plenty of people who would like to go camp but may not be able to find a state part spot they like on a weekend they like. People pay good money to do things and i love to be at the lease so a win win in my book. But i realize there are many variables to its success

just so long as i was off work and able to accompany the group.
