I have used them for the last 5 years. Great to do business with and a good variety of sausage options to choose from

I do my own these days, but used Tim for 20 years! Whitaker's are the same caliber of people up in the panhandle, but they only wrapped in paper the one time I used them. Rust out in Cisco was a good place too!

Tim at Joshua Deer proccesing is a stand up guy Ive been using them for over 15 years he always remembers my name and shakes my hand when I walk in the door that means a lot to me. Not to mention he makes some awesome sausage.

I have been extremely pleased with Miller's in Belton.

              Fast, affordable, and very clean.
Side note: If you've got some hog in the freezer - take it to them and have some hotlinks made...Awesome!

While their stuff is very good im pretty sure they go by average weight and you dont get YOUR deer back.

Another for Brian at B&K in Bronte. Sausage is better than Cinnamon Creek in my opinion. Place in Miles is pretty good too.
