I've been pleased with Dziuk's meat market in Castroville.....been using them for the last 5 years or so. Also had some done at Granzin's in New Braunfel's last year and was happy with them as well.

I've always heard great things about Bayco in Seymour as well, but have never used them personally.

Had both, but Whitaker's jap/cheese sausage is better

Syracuse is the wild game processing

Cinnamon Creek is the Archery side of the place!

The Syracuse name has been sold. It is Cinnamon Creek Wild Game processing now. No longer Syracuse. And they are the best in my opinion and have new stuff every year to change things up. I find it hard to believe anyone there has attitudes. the family and workers go out of their way to please. Most of the time the errors are made by the customer not looking at the menu correctly or asking the right questions.
