    Good processors thread

I know there are bad game processors out there, but I am sure there are good ones as well. I know I have had an "adventure" finding one when I moved back to Houston and still haven't found one I like.

On that note, I thought a positive thread to tout those that have been happy with the ones they use would be good.

When I lived in Corpus Christi, I used A&A Custom Processing and I have nothing but good things to say about those guys. In-fact, when I moved to Houston I actually took some deer down there to have processed over having it done locally.

So add A&A Custom Processing in Corpus to the good guys list.

Last year they wrapped my daughters deer.
But you definitely get YOUR deer and all of it.
They are one of the most honest proceessors I've ever used

Dans Meat Market in Brenham! I don't know if it's because I'm a regular or what but they normally have my meat ready in less than a week. Plus they make great sausage. They won't skin a deer out, but they only charge $65 to cut everything/grind it to your specifications and I think I paid $120 for 35 links of jap. cheese sausage (half pork) and 35lbs of ground, so they are very reasonable.

They did me wrong and had an attitude about it. I'll never go back there.

I've never had a problem with Joshua Deer Processing. Been using them for 20 plus years. Ive also taken a few to Clay's Meat Market in Dublin and they also do a great job..
