Been doin' both all my life... but, my passion is wade fishing (hence the screen name I've used since long before TBH was around)... There's just as big a thrill of stalking specs and reds on a flat and easing in on a slick for the "shot"... I don't get to do it as much as I used to, but it is still my passion... I sure would not like to have to choose.

One thing I did though was start bowfishing... When you do that, there ain't no off-season with the bow... Heck, you can even bowfish bigguns in federal waters beyond 12 miles... Used to bowfish flounder, but the regs are so burdensome and restrictive now that it's not worth the hassle.

I do both heavily. I fish in 30-40 bass tournaments a year. I try to make some extra money chasing those green fish around. Most of my championships are in October and that's when I take a break from fishing after those until the 2nd week of January. Then in all starts up again.

            Offshore.

More serious about fishing, I guess.

I think February is my only month off of serious hunting or fishing. Once about spring break time hits, it's all fishing of all kinds until dove season opens in September. The time away from one or the other makes it that much easier to look forward to the next season. It keeps the excitement in it for me.

I'd rather hunt. I guided fishing trips for eighteen years and have little desire to fish anymore.

I probably didn't wet a line over a couple of times last year. In the 90s I was more of a fisherman than a hunter, and now it has reversed.

The last time I went fishing it was over 12 years ago. I know several people that fish but I just prefer to sit on a pier or bank and fish with minnows or worms and I do not know anyone that wants to do that.

Ive been known to wet a line. But I forsake even chasing trophy linesiders for whitetail!

I have historically been a hunter first and a terrible but wishful fisherman second. Kayak fishing really got me interested in fishing, and last year I got a small Jon boat so I could take the kids with me. We're still not good fishermen but we're getting better.
