Same here! I can get a knife sharper with a lansky diamond than I can with a work sharp but the WS gets it plenty sharp and is waaay faster.

Agreed so can I but in about 1/10th of the time its shaving sharp with the worksharp. Seems like we have had the same experience. Any advice on the ken onion version vs the reg? I have the reg but always looking for something better

Use mine regularly and love it. Practice on a cheap knife till you get use to it, as stated before it's easy to round the points off of knives.

two buddys from work have them, they work great. Finish it off with a steel or smooth stone and your good. I have never had it round off any edges... works good and fast

Great sharpener! Like said above order extra belts. I ordered the belts in between the ones that come with the kit to really get a nice edge.
