I specifically hunt hogs just to get rid of them, and just like anything else, bigger is always better

Agree with op. Hate them. Destructive critters. Will not take the time to clean the nasty things.

Will try my best to give away the whole pig so i dont waste the meat.

I derive a great deal of satisfaction sinking a broadhead into a big mature boar. Plus they make a good broad head test medium. If you can consistently get good penetration on big mature boars very few animals will give you any trouble.

I love to hunt hogs and it keeps me from going crazy between deer seasons and they make great target practice for me. Nothing like shooting your bow at a live animal over a target. I do eat hogs that I shoot.

I shoot the crap out of them and drag-Em off. I hate the suckers and wish they would go infest one of the pig lovers place.. We can't hunt without seeing them or having them run what few deer we have off...

That being said I'm a land owner and I like hogs, but they don't come by very often.

Btw my neighbor eats the coons I shoot, and my cats and dogs eat all scraps from any animal we shoot. It's all used. I got 6 squirrels in a pot now for thanksgiving.
Have you read some of the stories on here? Sling shot to cattle and other livestock and things like that. My family leased the ranch for a long time and finally got sick and tired of the flat out disrespect for their land and way of life. My dad no longer leases any of his land.

I follow the doctrine "shoot every pig you see in the gut and let run of and die somewhere out of sight, If they do not get out of sight after shot then dirt ski the bastages to the bone yard."

I always take a couple of trash arrows with field points with me just in case I see a pig.

I think I have the best of both worlds. i have a place to hunt them year round, and they are thick. On my family land however, we have none. I am very blessed. Good eatin.

I am not a tree hugger but I do believe in doing things morally, I would not intentionally gut shoot an animal, to me it is really not that big a deal to drag a pig off to the bone pile.

Love having pigs. Enjoy hunting them. We just bought a place & that was 1 requirement, that the place we bought have pigs.

"And am pleased when I hit them back"
That is a quote, not my belief, just to be clear.

I intentionally hunt them on the off season good bow practice. I eat them as well as share with my buddies.
