Tell him he can hunt there if he pays half of the corn bill, 1/2 the feeder and expenses since last season, perhaps $500 or more. If he's unwilling to pay, then ask him to vacate and develop his own space. Hit the moocher in his picket book. This worked great at our family ranch. Once my family became fully aware of the time and expense in developing spot, they were way more understanding why I wasn't willing to share with folks who had put not spent any $$$ or sweat equity.

I'd leave his blind alone. Don't do anything that could backfire on you legally. Put the cologne all around that feeder, and maybe some coyote pee. He won't know the difference, and he'll sit there waiting to get a shot. And waiting... and waiting... and waiting... meanwhile, you're set up elsewhere on the property collecting all the deer that are avoiding that place.
