If you can go load his blind up & take it. When the woman calls you tell her it was there yesterday!

Tell him he can hunt there if he pays half of the corn bill, 1/2 the feeder and expenses since last season, perhaps $500 or more. If he's unwilling to pay, then ask him to vacate and develop his own space. Hit the moocher in his picket book. This worked great at our family ranch. Once my family became fully aware of the time and expense in developing spot, they were way more understanding why I wasn't willing to share with folks who had put not spent any $$$ or sweat equity.

No joke that would be great and i could just say oh well it must have been the thief that stole my popup blind and came back for more. He couldn't say anything about it unless he gives himself up. I have tome TC pics of his truck near my feeder the day my blind went missing so i am sure it was him and just glad he did not see my camera who knows what he would have done...

Well said Outback some people just don't understand what goes into a hunting location until you explain to them all the costs and time.

I'd leave his blind alone. Don't do anything that could backfire on you legally. Put the cologne all around that feeder, and maybe some coyote pee. He won't know the difference, and he'll sit there waiting to get a shot. And waiting... and waiting... and waiting... meanwhile, you're set up elsewhere on the property collecting all the deer that are avoiding that place.

A drill and a hole saw would be fun. I would drill peep holes all over that sucker! I mean until my drill needed to be charged and recharged!

                      Swiss cheese style!

Ya i am feeling like this is the best way to go and he would be left scratching his head wondering where all the deer went plus when the sun comes up and he realizes the feeder is missing!

Share the spot. Beat him to the stand in the morning. When he shows, tell him the old lady said to share the spot. You take days and he can have nights.

Nail a target to the stand and put a few bullet holes in it. Leave a note on the seat " Gone to town for more ammo, be back soon"

Just go to the barber shop and get a few grocery sacks of hair clippings. Spread them around the feed area, trails, etc. Works like a charm.
