Other hunter sets up a box blind on my feeder...

So last night i went to check my game camera and fill up my feeder under a tree and i notice two things. My popup blind is gone my feeder is full and there is a new box blind 100 yards up the hill looking down at it... So i start to look around for my blind thinking perhaps somehow it blew over and tumbled down the field anywhere but after a hour of searching for it i gave up and went back up to the house that the owner of the property stays at. This is a 300 acre farm that i hunt in and share with a few other hunters who for the last few years respect each other and the selected areas they set up on. So when i get to talking about how my blind is missing and there is a new box blind out there the lady i am talking to starts to realize who did this and gives them a call with me standing there listing. The guy is some other renter that pays her to live at a separate house down the road that is also owned by the farm. He claims that it was there yesterday and he did not take it and said he thought it was strange there was a popup blind there and a feeder. Also that he set his box blind up on it thinking i guess its alright to do that? The lady who owns all the land does not hunt and has no idea about anything on the subject of hunting and tells me "well can you just share with him the spot to hunt?". I am in no way going to let that guy steal my crap then use my feeder to hunt on it so looks like i am having to pack up whatever i can before this guy gets a chance to hunt it and also how can i make that spot where my feeder will be removed a REPELLANT to any deer who would like to come by to eat corn?

man i would just go have a talk with that guy face to face. If he really didnt know better, which is doubtful at best. tell him you will help him move it and that he needs to respect your space as you will his. If all else fails then just pull all your gear like you said

This guy is someone not worth talking to i had a few encounters with him he is not worth the effort and time to deal with like a reasonable human being would be. Iv had a few times where i wanted to call the game warden on him awhile back.
