Just wish i had not put a lot of work into this area just to have a guy do this to me. I wish the land owner would tell him to quit this as well but she lets this guy do anything out there because he late husband use to be friends with

I would move his blind for him.....and if you can't physically manage that, mount hinges and place a lock on his door...it may not stop him forever but he'll be inconvenienced...
Something of his would be held hostage until he gives me back my popup and moves his stuff...Comment

Nail plexi glass to his windows . Catch a bunch of copper heads and put them in the blind. Hide in the woods and wait for him to get in the blind and wedge the door closed.Comment
