Deer see other dead deer and all kinds of dead stuff and blood in the woods every day. I don't think it bothers them too much. I've killed deer and pigs on morning hunts then went back to the same stand that evening and scored again. Now if a group of deer are at your feeder and you shoot one, the others may not come back for a few days. But other animals will.

Killed a pig under my feeder. Full moon. went and drug him to my stand and had deer eating corn right where the pig took dirt nap less than an hour later
