Honestly I think I'd stay right here in Winnie. I'm 30 minutes from Sabine, East Bay, and Trinity bay. Have awesome waterfowl hunting and decent deer hunting.

Yup, im not in winnie but close enough! I consider setex as much of a sportsmans paradise as LA is.

Live in Brookeland, northern Jasper county. 5 minutes from Rayburn and Angelina NF.

Staying in TX is very important in my decision...I certainly would not mind a ranch in Utah / Montana & south TX to fly my own jet back and forth to avoid the extreme cold and heat, but I gotta keep my head out of the clouds for now in regards to that pipe dream.
