I ordered 2 shirts for my kids in early December. It took 3 weeks to receive them. I was sent an email notifying me of the delay due to being swamped with demand thanks to Duck Dynasty.

Don't call don't email. Get on their Facebook. I sent in multiple emails about something, never heard back. Made a comment on a status about it and someone contact me immediately

I was actually just there at the warehouse last week and there wasn't much action going on. They only have about 2-3 employees working in the little shop they just added and they are attending to the hundreds of people shopping. They need a staff upgrade to say the least

I actually grew up with ine of the guys on the show and these people are great church people.
