I'm waitin on the new otterbox armour. I'm back to a regular otterbox now. Me and my mom both had life proof cases and they where both junk after about 2-3 months.

Otter box quality has definitely gone down hill. I switched to life proof. So far so good.

I've had an iPhone 3s for well over a year with the same otter box. Longest I've ever kept a phone without messin it up somethin awful. Even dropped it in the pool once and just posted this with it. No complaints on the otter box but have no experience with newer models.

My droid took about a 6 foot fall and broke the screen in the otter box. They can't protect against everything.

I'm reading this a day late. I bought a 4S yesterday and an Otterbox to go with it. My current phone is a 3GS that I got when they 1st came out, and it's held up well. One thing the sales rep pointed out on the 4 was the back being made from glass, and even he said that wasn't the brightest idea.

I just ordered a Life Proof this week. . . .not that I don't like my Otterbox Defender. . . but just thought I would try the Life proof.

My 3GS Otterbox is still in fairly good condition after about 4 years and worldwide travels to some S*&^holes. Bought a 4S and Otterbox last year. Case lasted about 4 months, ripped up and stretched rubber. Emailed Otterbox customer service and told them of the issue. Like a day later I got a response they were reviewing my email. Another day after that I got an email stating a new one is on the way with tracking number. Didn’t cost me a dime and I never spoke to a soul. Knowing it was simply going to happen again, I ordered a Griffin. It has held up very well for about 6 months now.

My cousin told me that because I chipped my glass with an OB on. It isn't bad, so I didn't worry about asking.
They won't unfortunately. They will replace your broken Otter Box if yours breaks within a year though. One of the only things I liked about mine...

I have a Ballistic case. It has been dropped on the ramp at DFW Airport numberous times and nothing wrong with the phone.

When I got the 4s, my first otter box lasted a few months before the rubber started cracking and stretching. I got a new one and it lasted about the same.
                              Sure has!

Can't wait for this to come out for Iphone5. Has a built in Gorilla Glass screen as well!
