Looked at the back of my phone and noticed that my phone had crack took otter box off and the whole back is shattered. has any one have this happen I bought the insurance to cover it but cant remember if its apple or att

its like a 5 dollar fix. just get on google and find a back glass you like. has two screws in the bottom (the new glass will come with screwdriver) take those out and slide glass up and replace.

Did you run over it? I dropped mine off some bleachers about 20 feet up and hit concrete and it didn't crack that bad

I tossed mine to a buddy when drinking to show him a pic. well he wasnt ready, and it fell about 5 or 6 feet to concrete. phone is just fine...

My wife double tapped hers while in an Otter box. Truck wouldn't shut the first time so tap it again! I think she just wanted an upgrade.

My buddy dropped his while sitting and it did the same thing. You can buy new glass for it for cheap and do it yourself as stated above. Or for like $100 you can send it to Waco Custom IPhones in Waco and have any color you want done. It's pretty cool, I been thinkin about gettin mine done in camo

Not a fan of Otter Box. Have owned three and all three were junk. Life proof has held up much better and is water proof.

I think the Otter Box quality has gone down since the original ones. When I had my iPhone 3, the otter box lasted for a couple years. When I got the 4s, my first otter box lasted a few months before the rubber started cracking and stretching. I got a new one and it lasted about the same.
