A year later, how do you feel about the Texas trout limits?

I don't like it, but I get a chuckle out of the guys running $80k-$100k boats around for 3 trout a day.

Caught our 9 keepers on Sabine this evening. Threw back that many. Really got into them late and left them biting with 45 min of daylight left. I’m not sure we could’ve gotten 3 10-fish limits, but it woulda been close. And the conditions kinda sucked. Windy, dirty water. I can’t speak for down south, but Sabine could sustain a 5-fish limit now. Honestly, it could handle 10.
